Once you walk through the gate into the lawn area you'll see It's a fantastic, well established garden. A bit unruly but we dicided to leave the landscaping until the kids were a little older. Sadly we won;t be the ones to do this but we had borders and a veg patch planned. Another deck outside the playroom and maybe a pergola. Whatever you choose there is enough room to do it. 45meters, 150ft at least. Where the patio and deck is secluded this is much more open but the neighbours are kid friendly and we just loved living here.
